Jason has accolades. He's a certified IICRC Triple Master, a rare achievement. He's also a HAZWOPER, which is fun to say, and means Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. 10 years of experience, he heads the Contents team. He's also our tech expert, and can recite Pi to 30 digits... how fun.

Daniel has a calm demeanor that balances any room. He’s into working out and enjoys researching cryptocurrency in his spare time.

Rebuild Manager

Igor leads the Rebuild Team, drawing on his experiences in the industry since 2008. Beyond his OSHA and Xactimate certifications, his remodeling and restoration talents make him the go-to for resolving issues. He lives this, evidenced by how he spends his weekends doing the same tasks on his own home...the more challenging, the better!

Michael has a big laugh and a bigger appetite for life. When he’s not at work, he’s experimenting in the kitchen or cheering on his favorite football team, win or lose.

As a Chicago native, Dorian grew up in a Polish family and speaks fluent Polish. This gave him the passion for learning other languages, and with a Duolingo streak of over 4 years, it’s no wonder that Dorian can hold a conversation in English, Polish, Spanish, French, and German.

With over 15 years experience, Barrett supports the Exteriors team at Romexterra like no other. He's a licensed roofer and VSI-certified installer. Even with 5 kids, he finds time to play competitive ice hockey. Don't let him hustle you in darts...it won't end well!

Ahmad is always upbeat and keeps things light with his quick humor. Outside of work, you’ll find him trying out new recipes—especially anything spicy—or looking for a charger to his phone.

Charlie has been doing restoration for over 30 years. He's who you turn to when nobody else knows. Today he leads our Fire Response Team, assisting homeowners through difficult times. He's got his hands full raising two daughters as a single father, while finding solace creating dynamic fish tanks.

Chris is calm and steady, the kind of person you can count on. He spends weekends hiking trails or tinkering with his bike. He’s a huge sports fan and never misses game day wings.

Douglas has been helping homeowners recover since 1997. He has multiple OSHA certifications while specializing in bio cleanup. Douglas is a true family man who enjoys cooking and building incredible things for his loved ones. He also loves weekend getaways with his wife and appreciates a good cigar paired with a glass of scotch.

Edgardo is fun-loving and always up for a laugh. He’s a movie buff who can quote classic lines on command and claims he makes the best nachos—just don’t ask for the recipe, it’s a secret.

Eleni is a truly remarkable individual—witty, sassy, and with a memory like an FBI profiler. She consistently amazes her team with the wealth of information she retains. Outside of work, Eleni enjoys music, cooking, spending time in the sun, and she's a proud cat mom to her beloved "kitty kats."

Enrique is calm, collected, and a natural problem-solver. He spends his downtime gardening and swears his secret to the best salsa is “never measure anything.”

Felipe is skilled at demo, prepping a home for rebuild after a loss event. He keeps things light, and is always ready with a joke to put a smile on your face. If that doesn't work, he'll sing, or maybe even dance for you...one way or another, you're gonna smile!

In George's over 25 years experience, he believes it's the attention to detail that leads to great outcomes. Outside of rebuilding homes, George unwinds with a good BBQ. When he wants to engage more up-tempo, you'll find him playing video games with a Red Bull in hand! George is also incredibly outgoing and outspoken, which makes him a well-loved member of our rebuild department.

Geovany is part of the Contents team. He can place a crate down to the nanometer with a forklift...a sight to behold! He's also a soccer fan who enjoys his family time, especially elaborate Mexican meals.

Greg has been in the industry since 2020, building relationships with referral partners such as insurance agencies and fire departments. He's a throwback - enjoying growing plants from seed, while enjoying an RC Cola...remember RC Cola?

Gustavo is part of the Emergency Service Team, serving property owners when a loss occurs by mitigating the damage and preparing for rebuild. He's always listening to music. Go ahead, and see if you can name that song before he can!

Sammy may very well be the most upbeat person you ever meet! We get tired just being around him. He can do everything related to restoration so these days he's our Quality Control expert. He's also a key part of our Fire Response Team, providing aid and comfort to families impacted by fire. He's perfect for the job!

Hugo is always happy. What a gift to have such a demeanor! He's an expert painter, so your home is in good hands. He's an avid baseball fan. How that jives - being an always happy baseball fan in Chicago - is beyond reason!

Tony is the guy you want riding along with you, because his positivity is infectious! He's been working in restoration since 2011 so he's seen some things. He also takes great pride in helping teammates develop their skills. Never one to waste a minute, he's at the gym regularly, and he can cook. But, we all have our weaknesses...Tony's is donuts!

Ismael has extensive fire-response training. Outside of work, he's another with widely varied interests. He's athletic, especially soccer, but he's also a musician capable of playing multiple instruments. It helps when you get started with music at 5 years-old like Ismael!

Jackie works with Romexterra's referral network, ensuring insurance agencies are familiar with our services. She builds lasting relationships with the agencies and friendships with their staff. Salmon and steak are her favorite foods, along with summertime watermelon!

A fan of Warhammer 40K, Jake loves reading the books and looks forward to the day where he can complete his own set of figurines. In his spare time he listens to audiobooks on his way to pick up his three kids.

Joe has been working in construction since 2010 and prides himself on his familiarity with all types of trades. Today that means a prominent role with our Exteriors Team. In his off hours, he's busy being a dad, while trying to find time for his collectible interests in trading cards. He's also our resident sneakerhead!

Jose is a Contents Crew Chief, with 15 years experience and 3 IICRC certifications. Outside of work he's on the water, fishing or zipping by on a Jetski. Even though he loves coffee, he's one of those people who fall asleep immediately, making most of us jealous!

Mike brings over 15 years of experience from the construction sales side and recently transitioned to the rebuild sector. He's a great father and always has a beaming smile when he talks about his kids. You'll often find him making jokes! Mike is also very health-conscious, though we do try to get him to indulge in our lunches sometimes.

Mircea has been working in restoration and construction since 1985, enabling him to bring a wealth of experience in serving homeowners. A soldier of the Cola Wars, Mircea is strongly in Team Pepsi!

CON Technician

Modesto is another member of the Contents team, strong on the outside while also being compassionate...a perfect combo! He's incredibly kind, and enjoys watching movies. Ask him about his favorite salsas!

Account Manager

Patrick can talk to anyone, perfect for his Business Development role. Coffee in hand, he'll whip you at cornhole. Says he can out-grill you too, with his signature tomahawk steaks. Ran the Chicago Marathon, so he seems to enjoy pain and suffering!

Since joining, Patrick has consistently completed projects, leaving customers happy and satisfied. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys exploring new restaurants with his wife (though he's particular about his double cheeseburgers—no onions!). They also love traveling and frequently visit New Orleans.

Randy is one of many at Romexterra who has OSHA certifications. Outside of work he's either weightlifting or playing Xbox. Peroni is the drink of choice, and he can do a backflip...on a trampoline!

Rocio is part of the Contents team, with specialized training in the field. She's an excellent cook, who is passing these skills to her daughter. She enjoys dancing, and says she likes mechanics.

Samanta is organized. Like ridiculously. So, she's the perfect one to inventory your contents. with painstaking detail. An avid reader, she also plays piano and enjoys classical music, single-handedly raising the culture in the building!

Sebastian plays more than 5 instruments, many of them in the brass or string family. When he’s not playing a catchy tune, Seb can be found playing semi-pro soccer out on the field.
