Nick Duta

Nick Duta is the President and founder of the company, building it from the ground up alongside his family into what it is today. Originally from Romania, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit and global perspective that still drives the business forward. His two sons have followed in his footsteps as successful businessmen, making it a true family legacy. When he's not leading the company, Nick splits his time between Florida and Romania and even runs a side business selling millions of Romexterra-branded pens to kiosks overseas.

Jason Yoder

Jason Yoder is our Chief Executive Officer and has been a leader in the restoration industry since 1992. With decades of experience, he brings vision, expertise, and a deep commitment to both our team and our customers. Outside of work, Jason enjoys boating, golfing, great seafood, and a good bourbon. Above all, he is most proud of his eight children and the successful adults they have grown to become.

With over 15 years experience, Barrett heads the Exteriors team at Romexterra. He's a licensed roofer and VSI-certified installer. Even with 5 kids, he finds time to play competitive ice hockey. Don't let him hustle you in darts...it won't end well!

REB Manager

Igor I.

Igor leads the Rebuild Team, drawing on his experiences in the industry since 2008. Beyond his OSHA and Xactimate certifications, his remodeling and restoration talents make him the go-to for resolving issues. He lives this, evidenced by how he spends his weekends doing the same tasks on his own home...the more challenging, the better!

Jason I.

Jason has accolades. He's a certified IICRC Triple Master, a rare achievement. He's also a HAZWOPER, which is fun to say, and means Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. 10 years of experience, he heads the Contents team. He's also our tech expert, and can recite Pi to 30 digits...how fun.

ESR Manager

Michael G.

Michael is the manager of our Emergency Services Department, leading the team with energy, humor, and a hands-on approach when it matters most. He's known for being a big laugh around the office while still keeping everyone focused and ready to respond. Outside of work, Michael loves taking care of his kids and coaching them at football practice. Just don't ask him to cook. He'll be the first to admit that's not his strong suit.

A former firefighter and accomplished endurance athlete, he has completed two marathons and enjoys staying active through running, biking, sports, and family activities. As the youngest of 10 siblings, Daniel learned early on how to connect with people and stand out in a crowd. When he's not working, you'll likely find him enjoying a bowl of mac & cheese and a flavored seltzer while spending time with family and friends.

As a Chicago native, Dorian grew up in a Polish family and speaks fluent Polish. This gave him the passion for learning other languages, and with a Duolingo streak of over 4 years, it's no wonder that Dorian can hold a conversation in English, Polish, Spanish, French, and German.

Geovany is part of the Contents team. He can place a crate down to the nanometer with a forklift...a sight to behold! He's also a soccer fan who enjoys his family time, especially elaborate Mexican meals.

Ismael is our Emergency Services Crew Chief, known for his fierce loyalty to the company and his leadership when it matters most. He brings intensity, reliability, and a team-first mindset to every emergency response. Outside of work, Ismael stays active in the gym, follows soccer, enjoys traveling, and runs on Chinese food and Ghost energy drinks. He can squat and bench more than his own body weight-and he never goes a day without music.

Jackie is an Account Manager who brings energy, confidence, and a natural talent for connecting with people to every sales conversation. She knows how to build relationships and guide clients through the process with ease. Before joining the team, Jackie was a singer and even released her own CD-so performing under pressure is nothing new to her. Sammy is our ESR Quality Control Manager, making sure every job meets the highest standards from start to finish. He brings discipline, attention to detail, and a no-nonsense approach that keeps the team sharp. Before joining us, Sammy was a professional UFC fighter and even fought in front of 7,000 people-so performing under pressure is second nature. These days, he keeps it a little more relaxed with tacos and a cold beer.
